    I am sorry to hear you don’t feel well. Unfortunately, this is not the proper forum in which to diagnose and treat disease. The first step in this situation would be to call your physician or whoever is on call for them for additional guidance. If you haven’t already, you may also want to ask to be referred to a neurologist to make sure this is the proper diagnosis and to discuss treatment options.     I have no one to turn too. I have Trigeminal Neuralgia. Been in extreme pain for 4 days. I can’t take it anymore . What do I do on a Sunday?
