Can you believe it!? We are in the last two weeks of our challenge! You should all be so proud of yourselves for making it to Week 7! I spoke with one of our blog followers this weekend who had lost 10 pounds since he started the challenge. He attributed it to making exercise a daily component of his life. Beginning new, good habits like exercising everyday, and forever making them part of your lifestyle, is the key to success in this challenge. Being that it is Week 7, I have a little treat for you. There will only be ONE new challenge this week! I simply want you to increase your consumption of vegetables to 5 servings a day.
