Living a Long & Happy Life

When I talk to my patients about sugar consumption, the biggest problem seems to be breakfast. Many of my patients don’t even realize how much sugar they are consuming in the morning because they believe the cereals and yogurts they are choosing are “healthy” foods. Here’s a breakdown of the amount of sugar in some popular breakfast cereals, oatmeals and yogurts:

  1. Good skin always attracts more compliments and because of
    this more people are becoming conscious about their appearance
    and are seeking advice regarding the proper skin care methods and products.
    If you men just have to smell, use a few drops of essential oil in a pint of witch hazel.
    If that’s the case you may wish to have all current damage trimmed off
    to start growing with a clean hair slate.
